In a historic and heartfelt initiative, the Libmanan Catholic Cemetery witnessed APOLIBCAAโs first-ever community service on November 1, 2013, coinciding with the observance of All Saints’ Day. Members of the Alpha Phi Omega (APO) fraternity and sorority from Libmanan came together in the spirit of service and fellowship providing service by distributing free bowls of comforting goto (rice porridge) and candles to cemetery visitors.
The initiative aimed to ease the burden of those visiting loved ones on this solemn day, offering not only physical nourishment but also an opportunity for reflection and remembrance. The members worked tirelessly throughout the day, preparing and serving food while distributing candles as symbols of light and hope.
