APOLIBCAA, as the host, successfully held an Outreach Program at Barangay Concepcion, Libmanan, Camarines Sur last November 26, 2022. The activity was designed to bring joy and support to the community through various meaningful services.

The program included a Feeding Program to nourish children, Gupit Gwapo (free haircut services) to promote hygiene and confidence, distribution of Hygiene Kits, Gift Giving, Free School Supplies, and even Free Tsinelas for the children.

This event was more than just a one-day activity—it was a reminder of the value of service with a heart. Through small yet impactful gestures, the program uplifted spirits, spread smiles, and strengthened the bond of service between APO and the community.
