September 24, 1968 – March 29, 2020

A devoted brother of Alpha Phi Omega Philippines, Inc., he joined the Delta Pi Chapter at Central Bicol State University of Agriculture – Pili Campus in 1984 with ID No. 0416-1984-16805.

Living by the motto ‘Be Men for Others,’ he dedicated his life to public service and became an Adviser of APOLIBCAA (APO Libmanan Camarines Sur Alumni Association), helping rebuild and strengthen the association in the year 2013.

He served as Barangay Kagawad and later as Barangay Captain of Taban-Fundado, Libmanan, Camarines Sur for three terms, until 2016. He also served as Liga President of Libmanan, showing his strong leadership and commitment to the community.

Though he is gone, his legacy of service, kindness, and leadership will always be remembered.
