NOVEMBER 21-23, 2025
📢 Collegiate Chapter Registration
Each collegiate chapter shall register with a fee of ₱2,000.00, inclusive of free camp entry, meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner), and a welcome gift.
📢 Alumni Registration
Each alumni member shall register with a fee of ₱200.00 upon camp entry, inclusive of meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) and a welcome gift.
📢 Collegiate Verification
Participants representing collegiate chapters must present a valid matriculation form as proof of current enrollment to be recognized as collegiate.
⚠️ Heads Up!
Meals provided during the event may not be sufficient for all visitors, participants, and guests. Since this is a camp-style event, we highly encourage everyone to bring their own food supplies or items to cook, to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable camping experience.
📢 Eligibility
All registered chapter-participants are qualified to join the games and competitions. Participants must represent their assigned team.
📢 Team Composition
Each team should designate a Team Captain to coordinate with the Committee. Teams must wear their official/ designated uniform during competitions.
📢 Sportsmanship
Fair play and respect must be observed at all times. Any form of cheating, violence, or unsportsmanlike behavior will result in disqualification.
📢 Scoring System
Points will be awarded for each event based on ranking. Overall champion will be determined by the highest accumulated points.
📢 Safety & Discipline
Medical assistance will be available during the event. Participants must follow the camp rules, curfew, and proper decorum.

📢 Ranking and Pointing System
This Ranking and Pointing System shall be applied to determine the Overall Champion. Each event will be assigned a corresponding number of points based on team rankings, which will be added to the total score of every participating chapter.

First Runner Up – 7 pts
Second Runner Up – 5 pts

MINOR

First Runner Up – 5 pts
Second Runner Up – 3 pts
Consolation – 1 pt
📢 Tournament Format
Double Elimination shall be the official tournament format for all team sports events.
📢 Awards
The Overall Champions and Runners-up, as well as the Champions and Runners-up of each sporting event, shall receive official awards. All winners will be awarded with trophies and certificates.
