ABOUT US
APOLIBCAA HISTORY
APOLIBCAA has already completed more than 40 community services and activities — and continues to serve with more to come.
On November 1, 2013, Bro. Juan and Bro. Ading of Mu Eta Chapter organized a community service at the Libmanan Catholic Cemetery. This initiative brought together Alpha Phi Omega members in Libmanan, Camarines Sur, revealing the surprising growth of APO members in the community.
On the following day, November 2, 2013, after the services activity, Bro. Val of Delta Pi Chapter generously opened his home as the venue for fellowship. During this event, Bro. Val encouraged Bro. Juan and Bro. Ading to lead the formation of an alumni association. This idea was warmly supported by Bro. Ferdz of Alpha Lambda Chapter.
From that moment, the group adopted the name Alpha Phi Omega Libmanan-Cabusao Alumni Association (APOLIBCAA) and became well-known for its active involvement in community services and APO events across Bicol region, exemplifying the ideals of Leadership, Friendship, and Service.
Years Later, in adherence to the new naming standards set by the APO National Council, the association updated its name to Alpha Phi Omega Libmanan Camarines Sur Alumni Association (APOLIBCAA) to better represent the broader community it serves.

The emblem of APOLIBCAA reflects both our identity and our community. It carries the values of Alpha Phi Omega — Leadership, Friendship, and Service while highlighting Libmanan’s heritage. The rice grains symbolize its role as the rice granary of Camarines Sur, the fish represent the livelihood of coastal communities, the small waves signify the Libmanan River, and the big waves showcase the beauty of its coastal areas. Together, these symbols embody our commitment to service and our connection to the community.
